  4. Module 4 — Communications & orders of succession

    Delegations, devolution, and reconstitution.

  5. Module 5 — Exercise design

    Tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercise planning.

  6. Module 6 — Capstone tabletop

    Facilitate a TTX with provided injects and after-action format.
