You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Content

Course materials, white papers, blog content, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by RCG or its licensors and provided for your internal, professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post these materials without written permission.

Disclaimers

The Services and any content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RCG does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, regulatory, or contracting advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
